History/background
Toolfast-Dorset was set up solely for internet business through e-Bay and are not Vat registered. Our Parent company, running at the same premises and tel. etc.,is Solent products, who have been running for 26 years.

Payment policy
We accept Paypal, our preferred payment and also cheques, postal orders.

Delivery information
Most of our Goods are heavy so it is very cost affective to order more than one at a time. Free local delivery can be arranged. Small items sent via Royal Mail, always first class. Courier is next working day delivery unless economy is courier is selected.

Return policy
We accept returns within 14 days. Please note though that you will be liable for return postage cost.
