I know that not everyone leaves feedback. I do read all of my feedback, most of them put a smile on my face, some of them make me cry because they are so sweet, (I'm very sensitive). I love to receive personal emails and keep a file of warm emails I have received that really touched me deeply. I appreciate each and every one of my customers and I will always strive to give good service and try to meet special requests. I don't work outside the home... so you are my lifeline to the world. Sometimes I even have to get out the globe to actually see where you live... hehe. Shipping all over the world amazes me and I am always honored that you chose my store to shop :)

I was always in management. I loved to make friends out of the crankiest customers... it was my personal challenge. I was good at difusing situations and bringing a calm back. I enjoyed working with the public and sadly I don't have that at home now... it's what I miss most about working from home :)

I accept Paypal and money orders at this time. Please make sure the money order you choose is international if you are outside of Canada... and please be kind and send me a quick note once you have sent the cheque :)

I will ship the day you pay for your item/s. As long as you pay before 3pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. There is no shipping available to me between 3pm Friday and 9am Monday in our small town. Your item/s are coming from Canada, therefore if you live in the US or Internationally please realize they must pass through customs. Please allow delays for that :) Your item/s are coming to you via Canada Post/USPS, this keeps the shipping costs down for you the buyer. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING... order as many pair as you like but don't pay until you are done shopping. When shopping is complete then either pay a combined invoice or request one from me :)

I can't accept returns of pierced items... however if there is a manufacturers defect please contact me upon receiving your items. I don't reship unless I make the error. Usually I just go ahead and refund payment for the damaged item :)

Most questions can be answered if you take a moment to read the listing. If the info isn't there, please ask via email :) It is my mission in the new year to start edititing the listings to include more info. Please let me know how and when you will be paying if it is not going to be right away. I do open disputes after a couple of weeks to regain my fees. However I usually have emailed you at least once before I do. A shipping notice will be sent to you at time of shipping... please read it. Many don't and I spend a lot of times between my two stores answering emails to which I had already sent the info :) Let me know if you were happy with your purchase via my feedback and for heavens sake... email me personally if you were not.
