The packaging of this item was really very poor, the worst I have ever seen. The item was not put in an actual box, but pieces of cardboard loosely put together, which resulted in the flimsy packaging completely falling apart and the item exposed and scratched. I informed by Beth who, in all honestly, was a total waste of space as she simply dismissed me, worst ever customer experience.
