Total Games is a UK based retailer & wholesaler of video games, toys and anime merchandise. The company was founded in 1996 by Mark & Sue Jeffreys. The 5 strong retail outlets are based in the Yorkshire region of the UK.

Payment currently accepted is paypal, cheque, postal order, money transfer and credit / debit cards.

We despatch upon receipt of cleared funds (not including Saturday or Sunday). Larger purchases up to 25 Kilos, are despatched via Fastway couriers, or DHL.

If you have any problems with any of our products, please return them within 7 days of purchase. We cannot refund purchases which appear to have been damaged by the end user, or which appear to have been tampered with.
