History/background
We are a family owned business, which commenced trading in 1993 in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, under the name Toys N Tuck. We now have 4 stores all based in Essex and trading under the Toys N Tuck name. For the website we have dropped the Tuck part of the name and replaced it with Fun because we will not be selling sweets on the web as we do in our shops, and we are currently developing, with our major suppliers, some fun aspects for this site. Our company is dedicated to customer service, and we always do the very best we can to ensure that our customers are kept as happy as we are. We take pride in the fact that our company provides a friendly atmosphere for both our customers and the staff.

Payment policy
In our Ebay shop we accept Paypal as our main method of payment. On our website we have secure credit card payments available aswell as being able to phone your order through and pay over the phone.

Return policy
We have a 7 day no quibble returns policy on all goods , as long as they are returned in a perfect unopened condition, however you will be liable for the postage costs.In the case of faulty goods we will refund or replace these goods and reimburse you for any postage costs incurred in returning the goods. All goods should reach you in the described condition.
