Paypal is my preferred method of payment (excluding Echeques) on most items under £200 and cash on collection/postal orders are preferred for transactions greater than £200, these are also the only payment methods that I currently accept. VAT receipts are not available.

All items are promptly sent Via Royalmail (and Parcelforce) within 1-2 working days after receiving cleared payment. I do not post on Thursday, Saturday or Sunday and sameday postage will not apply after 3pm. Items sent via Parcelforce can be tracked directly from your Paypal account as soon as your label has been processed. Items sent Via Royalmail special delivery are guaranteed next day delivery from the actual date of posting and not from the end of auction/buy it now date. Items sent Via Royalmail 1st class recorded can take up to 15 days, but around 1-3 days is more likely from my experience.

As my business is mainly selling second hand goods, I do not offer a return policy unless clearly stated within a listing description. In the event of a failed/damaged delivery which can happen from time to time, a full refund/replacement will be promptly issued without the need of any paypal disputes being opened or any negative feedback being received. Proof of postage will also be provided for peace of mind. Full refunds for returned items (if available) exclude return P&P costs and a postal service that provides proof of delivery/tracking information must be used. Returned items must also be returned within 48 hours of receiving and must be in exactly the same condition as originally received. I now no longer ship internationally due to several bad experiences, but please do contact me as I can make exceptions for good international buyers who have good reputations on Ebay and who also understand the importance of patience as delivery can take up to 28 days in certain countries, but normally around 14-16 days is more accurate.

If you are interested in purchasing an item that I have listed at collection only but simply cannot collect the item yourself, then please do feel free to contact me as there is a good chance that a delivery can be arranged for you at a slight extra cost in and around the London / Essex and M25 areas.
