To send a postal order, please address it to TPS Ltd, 180-182 Stamford Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, OL6 7LR. Payments received before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Certain offers are only available via an in store demonstration, please see individual listings for more information. Please note that certain items that need to be shipped over water I.E. Ireland may be subject to an additional carriage charge and delivery times may be affected.

We can provide Next-day services to customers which will add to the standard postage costs. Many items are sent out on a next working day delivery schedule, and some items are sent via Royal Mail in the normal post. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 7 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please note that the above terms do not apply to products sold as seen or without any warranty. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Any items missing or damaged from your order must be reported to us upon receipt. All subscription based products will not be accepted for return after activation.
