Delivery information
Items will usually be posted within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment. << UK CUSTOMERS >> Most items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded services. Items sent 1st Class Recorded will require a signature on delivery. However, please check individual item listings for details of postage options offered and costs. << INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS >> We offer at or below cost international postage, usually by Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed For Airmail services. Items sent International Signed For Airmail will require a signature on delivery. However, please check individual item listings for details of postage options offered and costs.
Return policy
<< WE ACCEPT RETURNS >> But we ask that: Contact is made within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Items are unused and in original condition. All labels and tags are still attached to items sold as brand new with tags. Any item supplied in a box or other special packaging is returned in the same. Items are packaged carefully and returned at the buyers expense within 14 days. We advise the use of Recorded Delivery, as we do not issue refunds for items lost in the post on their return (you may be able to claim compensation from the post office). << REFUNDS >> of the purchase price (excluding any postage & packaging charges) will be given within 1 working day of receipt of items returned according to the conditions above (all returns are inspected). << EXCHANGES >> of clothing items for a different size (if we have it) are available. The same conditions apply as for returns, we will need to make an additional P&P charge for delivery of the alternative item.
