We both come from legal backgrounds and we started our business on eBay quite recently, but have made a fast start. We make eco friendly soya wax tea light candles and that is our core business. Like the Ben and Jerries of ice cream, I like to come up with wierd and wonderful scents that nobody else has and sometimes it takes weeks - the Christmas Pudding fragranced tea lights were an absolute labour of love. With scents such as apple crumble, freshly baked bread and Freshly Roasted coffee we found we were cornering the market. We then progressed to Wiccan items which seemed quite natural as it's something that interests both of us - we have a loyal Wiccan customer base that buy repeat from us time and again. More recently, we progressed in to fine jewellery and lingerie, promted by Christmas and Valentine's Day.

We prefer Paypal. It's fast, safe and reliable. Because I do most of my eBay throughout the night, it means that if you pay one day, I'm at the Post Office the next morning sending out your package so you have it quickly. We accept Postal Orders, bankers drafts and cheques too for anyone that contacts us if they don't have a Paypal account but this does slow things down.

I do all the packaging myslef by hand and tend to over package if anything. Our postage and packaging charges are very reasonable as I only charge for the Royal Mail costs - the polystyrene balls, bubble wrap, brown paper, tissue paper and all the other trimmings are on us. I would ask that you recycle your packaging as much as possible in the interests of the environment. I post first class as soon as payment is made and will post anywhere in the world. I'll even gift wrap for you and send it to a friend's address for an extra £1 if you ask me, can't say fairer than that.

If it's broken, send it back and I'll replace it with the same or if it's something I can't make again, you're welcome to choose something else for the equivalent value. If I've listed it wrong (it happens), send it back for a full refund or I'll send you something else if you'd prefer. Always contact me if there is any issue because I absolutely will resolve it. All of our customers are happy ones.

It takes time away from my genuine custmers and is quite disturbing to say the least. Offenders will be reported on every occasion.
