Mostly the things I sell are an attempt to de-clutter my house.

PayPal only. Payment within 3 days of end of auction please or email me if there's a problem.

My postage costs take in to account - postal costs, packaging & getting the parcels to the Post Office. All items are sent with a proof of posting certificate issued by the Post Office. If for any reason your parcel is returned to me as an uncollected item. Postage WILL be payable again. Alternatively I will refund you the auction price for the item & we will call it quits. Postage fees are not refundable.

I do not accept returns. BUT if for any reason you really need to return something - eg I made a huge mistake in my listings. I will be happy to either refund the auction price with or without return of the problem item - depending on what the problem with the item is - we would need to discuss this beforehand though. Postage fees are still not refundable. I check every single item for marks, damage etc and will clearly state in the auction listing if there is a problem with an item. Everything I sell comes with an honest as possible description, therefore hopefully there shouldn't be a need to return anything :)

Please leave positive feedback when the item arrives and you are happy. If there are any problems please contact me first. I have 100% feedback and have worked hard to make sure it is because everybody is genuinely happy with what they buy from me. Leaving negative feedback is for unusually unhelpful or deceitful sellers. As I am not one of those people there shouldn't be any need for leaving that sort of feedback.
