Orders are dispatched on the next working day after they have been placed. Domestic shipments are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. This is generally a next working day service to most parts of the country (Trek-Lite cannot be held responsible for any delays due to strike action). EU orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure. Please email us for a shipping quote if you are interested in purchasing multiple items and/or want them shipped outside the EU.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by the cheapest recorded method. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost within 7 days. If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be levied and the carriage will not be refunded.
