Many Triumph's, BSA's, James, and Royal Enfield, up into the 70's, wen i made a terrible mistake, and traded my Show Bonnie, for a Harley, 11 months of heartache later, I traded it for 3 Basket case Triumphs, which i rebuilt and sold on, and purchased an old shedfull of GPO Bantams, which i restored and sold.Late 80's i moved to the Japs, and bought a new, Yamaha US Spec YDS5E, 350cc chopped it ran it showed it, and sold it, bought a Harley in bargain basement, put it on the road, traded it for New 1992 XV 750 Virago Rode it for 2 years, Traded for a new XV 1100cc Virago 1994, stripped it customised it, Feb '95, on return from the Scottish Custom Bike Show, a young lady took my right leg for a bonnet ornament, and killed my show winning Virago, stone dead. 1995 SUMMER OUTTA HOSPITAL, started building my hospital designed Trike, which i still ride to this day...To date 177,000 miles in 22 countries, and has 45 major show awards.
