PAYMENT Payment must be received in full before items are released. Complete payment through Paypal is preferred for all items. With higher value items such as conservatories, you can pay the full amount upfront or pay a 25% deposit via Paypal/card/cheque within 7 days of winning/buying, and then pay the balance in cash/card on delivery/collection The following payment methods are accepted: Paypal (preferred), cash, personal cheque or banker’s draft (allow 5-7 working days to clear). POSTAGE, PACKAGING & DELIVERY Small items: (bottles and tubes) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.Charges vary on size and weight. Medium items: (heaters, fans conservaflash) will be sent via courier service. Our main couriers are TNT and DHL. Others may be used for different areas in the UK. Charges are standard on weight. The above items are subject to free delivery when ordered with a conservatory and delivery with our own transport Large items: Conservatories, Roofs, Windows & Doors will require large transport, buyer may arrange collection, All DIY roofs and polycarbonate sheets are flat packed, window and door frames and glazing are transported separately. RETURN POLICY All conservatories, roofs, windows and doors, are made to your specification and therefore there is no right to cancel the contract with us. Cancellation can only occur as specified in Liability clause below. You have the right to cancel stock items ordered from this website within seven days from delivery and receive a full refund for these items. It is your responsibility to ensure that these goods are returned to us in a good and resalable condition complete with the original packaging. If you request us to arrange for their collection, we will deduct the cost of carriage from any refund due to you. Any items that are returned to us damaged will not be refunded and can be returned to you at your cost.
