Delivery information
We post or courier carpets in Australia starting at $20, $80 to NZ and Asia or $180 for the rest of the world. These are the actual packaging and Postage costs from Australia Post or Couriers in Victoria. We use registered shipping and replace any genuinely lost items.

Return policy
We guarentee any of our products and will replace any faulty items. Items returned in their original packaging and condition can be returned less any postage costs. Custom made items can't be returned so please ensure you choose colours etc carefully.
