Currently I own TrueColor Imaging (ink jet refill kits and alike), Alotofthings DOT com (excellent of you want to learn about printers or require tech support), KMS software (software development). I been in business since in May of 1994. I began TrueColor Imaging in response to my software development company and a conflict with Hewlett Packard. At the time I was printing my own Disk labels & owners manual for software. I was spending about $300.00 a week on ink cartridges. After 6 months of use one of my HP 660c printers stopped working. I contacted HP since I had a two year warranty and when the rep on the phone refused to honor a warranty because I 'abused' the printer by using it too much I figured why not try refilling. My first year of refilling I saved $11,000 in printing costs. I was convinced it worked.

Taking printers apart / putting back together & researching the patent office to see what printer manufacturers are up to. Just too much fun. I also love to print. For personal use I print a couple of hundred photos a week. With six kids and grandkids there is a lot to print.

Of the 22 currently installed printers I have running at this time I have compiled two top lists. One is based on personal use and one for business use. Personal use: Mostly photo printing. 1. Epson Stylus Photo R260 (have a CISSs unit installed) 2. Canon ip6700d. (for excellent photo quality. Would be #1 if I had a CISS for it. 3. Epson Stylus Photo R300 (ciss intalled - this is a work horse) 4. Epson Stylus Photo R800 (ciss installed - 8 colors is not always required) 5. Epson Stylus Photo R340. (ciss installed) Business use: Instruction Sheets, Postage & other) 1. Epson Stylus Photo R260. (Fast printing of instructions & invoices) 2. Epson Stylus Photo R340 (ciss installed for instruction sheets) 3. Epson Stylus Photo R300 (ciss installed for instruction sheets) 4. Epson Stylus Photo R200 (ciss installed for instruction sheets) 5. Canon ip4300d. (Prints some of my postage with waterproof black ink) This is as of 12/15/07 which may change in another month
