We prefer PayPal. Cheques can be sent, address supplied on purchase, but we wait for cheques to clear before despatch.

We send goods by first-class post in the UK. Last order date for UK Christmas delivery is Thursday, 13 December; for Europe Thursday 6 December; for North America air mail Monday, 3 December. The surface post date has passed.

If you find your purchase unsuitable for any reason, send it back and we'll arrange for the money to be refunded to you. We require you to pay for the postage and ensure a safe return. This also applies if there's something wrong with the goods, though in this case we shall refund the postage. We recommend using recorded delivery. You have to inform us in writing (e-mail, fax or letter sent to the company secretary) within seven days of receipt if you are cancelling the contract. Your statutory rights are not affected.
