Turbosat has been established for over 20 years and is going from strength to strength. We are constantly updating and maintaining our lead in the satellite industry, striving to keep in touch with the ever changing and demanding world of technology.
Digital Satellite technology has brought an invigorating burst of services and providers, and we are prepared to cope with these ever increasing requirements.
Our Sales and Technical staff are well informed and able to help fully with any enquiries. We have a large technical support team and in-house repair service. All these features and more ensure that we are and will remain the best in our field.
All Hardware equipments supplied by Turbosat, be it via third party, will receive its full warranty from Turbosat and / or the manufacturers.
Payment policy
We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card call Michael on 01795 429 666, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer All Auction and Buy It Now prices include VAT.
Cheques no longer accepted due to too many processing problems we are sorry for this but we try and make life easier for all customers.
Delivery information
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. All of our shipments are sent out using a signed for delivery service such as couriers / Royal Mail
Return policy
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded if returned to us within 14days of purchase (This does not apply to all listings so please make sure you read and understand all item listings), however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will issue a charge of 20% as a re-stocking fee and send a mutual termination agreement to remove the responsibilities of the contract sale.
