hello everyone, since joining EBAY a few years ago i have started buying and selling as a hobby. I treat everybody with respect and honesty. just like how i expect people to treat me. I always give neg f/back to non payers, that just ignore me.STEVE

I sell mainly football programmes at the moment, but generally anything collectable. I always sell on the low side, but i do not give my time, wrappings, and petrol away on the p&p. i do charge, but fairly i think, as everything is always packed very well. I always give an accurate discription on all my items, and as much details as i can. I have 100% feedback which i am proud of, i like to think i give all my buyers value for money. I post everything within 24 hours after payment as cleared, sometimes buyers have recieved their items the next day.

I buy a right mixed bag of things, some job lots that i sort, and resell. Anything i need i always look on EBAY first.

I always try to use Paypal, for buying, and selling. I know their charges are expensive, but the big plus is the turn around of the item whether buying or selling. It is the same old story if you want a service you have to pay for it. At the end of the day people do not mind paying a bit extra as long as they see where their money as gone.

As mentioned i do charge for everything from wrapping, stamps transport to thr p.o and my time. i still maintain i offer a good service at a reasonable cost.

I do not offer a return policy, i give a very accurate discription, and urge the buyer to read the listing through to the end. Make everyone aware of the item, the cost, the payment method, and the p&p charges. there should not be a problem. If there is damage done through the post it is down to the postal service, and the buyer can claim. The claiming process takes about 3 weeks before the cheque arrives, just send all the details they need.
