We are an established business and shop specialising in the sale of computer music hardware, software, recording equipment and accessories at discounted prices. Telephone and email support is provided on all products we supply.

We accept payment through eBay via Paypal. We can also accept payment by most major credit or debit cards or by cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheque to clear before despatch).

Most orders will be despatched within 1 working day of order being received. Insurance is included in our shipping charge.

We can offer an exchange or refund on all items if returned within 14 days of receipt. To return an item please contact us first to receive a returns number. Returned items are shipped at customer's expense and risk. Software cannot be returned if it has been opened or unsealed in any way unless proven to be defective.
