Look at the beauty of nature, imagine you're breathing the green or autumn colours in. When stuck in traffic, look for trees to change perspective and lift your mood. Animals are full of healing and guidance, take time out to watch birds fly and listen to their song. Give your own pets a cuddle. Make a list of good memories or helpful people. Make a list of things you've always wanted to do and make them happen (remember I'm a life coach!). Think of Angels or Goddesses coming close and surrounding you. Imagine your own guardian angel strong & protecting you. Feel the Earth beneath your feet, imagine you have roots connecting you down to earth and that earth light is pulsing up into your body, energising and healing you. Hold some stones and crystals in your hands. Make a circle of crystals around you & imagine their energy is creating a healing bubble around you filling your aura with light. The Universe will support you in achieving your best destiny; just trust & believe in yourself.
