Having been making cards & toppers as a hobby now Aug 2007 saw me finally take the plunge and launch my own business selling here on Ebay. The success of my toppers have been amazing, its true the best ideas are the simple ones these started as I needed some scrolls for Mothers day cards a couple of years ago and couldnt find any so I had a go at making my own, I was so pleased with them I decided to see if anyone else liked them ..... and they did. I really enjoy making them, and get a great sense of achievement when I hear that my customers like them as well.

Paypal, cheques and postal orders.

I try to be as fair as possible with my p&p charges. all my items are well wrapped before being packed. I dont have any transport and I post most days this means a walk into town every day as I am a firm believer in the 'if you have paid for something you deserve to receive it as quickly as possible' school of thought. Sometimes however this isnt possible especially during periods of high demand, I will always post a customer notice at the front of my shop if this happens.

If there is ever a problem (and I am only human) it is always my intention to help my customers as much as possible. Please contact me within seven days of such a problem and I will do all I can to rectify.

My items are DESIGNED BY ME, HANDCUT BY ME/ HANDMADE BY ME/ HANDFINISHED BY ME / HAND PACKED BY ME / ONLY AVAILABLE FROM ME & WALKED TO THE POST OFFICE this is what makes them unique, special and in high demand I cannot always post within 24 hrs of receiving payment and during busy times - usually the run up to UK Mothers Day and November - it may take a little longer to get things out, your patience at these times is appreciated.
