Hey Frankie - i saw your response to my feedback so you think selling poor quality goods are a joke do you. You admitted yourself that the shirt was in poor condition and that one of your staff had been reprimanded about the description. So how about being honest with your customers and when someone gives negative feedback have the courage to take it on the chin. Perhaps i will list the shirt so that your customers can look at my hi-res photographs not the low-res ones that you posted. Or perhaps i will post the shirt to the Trading Standards Office in Brum and see what they say to have about your misleading product descrpition. If anyones a joke around here mate it is you........!!!! Keep it vintage - you mean shoddy dont you!

I bought a belstaff jacket from urbanvillage and it was BY FAR the best ebay experience that I have had yet. As I am located in Australia, I had several questions and concerns - all of which were answered with patience and in detail by Frankie. The jacket itself far exceeded my expectations and the packaging and speed of delivery was excellent. Additionally, Frankie allowed me to have another item that I bought in the UK to be shipped to him to put in the same parcel. They do not have a rating systemhigh enough for urbanvillage - they deserve 6 stars for everything simon.hutt

I bought some wholesale/bulk buy levi jeans from urbanvillage,and they were the 'best' quality jeans/levis i've ever bought....off e-bay. you take a risk, and get a lot of rubbish some times, but 'urbanvillage are fantastic!!! you can buy with confidence from these people. i have them in my 'favourite sellers' and keep trying to win more bulk buys...sadly always out bid...but l'll keep bidding with them, as you know you get quality gear & fantastic service!!! 1321gina
