Posting days are Monday through to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Orders are dispatched upon payment within 2 working days.
The p&p listed is for UK buyers only.
Return policy
We do accept goods back on the basis that the goods have been unopened & unused & are in a re-salable condition. All packaging & seals must be intact. Please let us know within 7 days that you are returning goods & return within 14 days.
Should any items be damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours. You may be required to return all the packing material and product for us to inspect the damage. If you discard the original packing materials and item you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund as this will be needed for any claim for damages.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securley & sent by recorded delivery. You should then retain the proof of postage.

Items Lost In Transit
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit, you will need to make a claim direct to Royal Mail. Please contact me after 15 days from the due date of delivery. I will then send you all the relevant documentation for you to make your claim.
