Just started buying and selling a few things. I try to treat others/customers the way I'd like to be treated. I've a degree in Business I.T. with Marketing, worked in I.T. for a while, didn't like the office environment and am now a songwriter and piano teacher.

Payment policy
I prefer being sent money by cheque/bank transfer because obviously I don't need to pay PayPal a cut, but if it's easier or better for peace of mind through them it's fine. You're also always welcome to pickup in Glasgow, give me cash on collection and avoid postage costs.

Delivery information
I always try re-use packaging, as long as the item's well protected. It's good for me and good for the environment. I'm always more than happy for people to pick things up from me in Glasgow, but I think I've mentioned that already. I'm frequently in the south side, west end and city centre.

Return policy
If you're not happy and it's my fault/responsibility you'll get your money back. 'It's a two day life' (Indian saying) - far too short to mess people about or create a worse world than that which we live in !
