The item was described as new, which should mean in an unopened state. The security seal on the box had clearly been broken and the box was battered. This was intended as a gift, so not ideal. I tried contacting the seller a few times, got no response. I tried reaching out to eBay, who told me to initiate a return to prompt a response from the seller. Nothing. I give up. I wish I’d looked properly at the reviews and the seller’s responses before purchasing, but you live and learn.

You opened a return case but did not return the item, you have now closed the case. In order to get a refund you should have returned the item, you cannot keep a £60 item and get ypur money back.
