We know how important it is for our customer to get their orders quickly so we try to send out your orders ASAP. Sometimes it gets mailed out the same day but if not, it definitely goes out the next business day. We track all of our shipments multiple times throughout the day to ensure that you get your items. If you see that your item has no tracking information except -electronic information received- that's USPS not updating their info. As stated above, we send out our shipments the DAY OF PURCHASE if possible, if not, the next business day. If you are ever unsure or worried about the status of your item, feel free to contact us. I’m sure we’ll already be looking at the tracking closely & counting down the days that we can call USPS. Their rule is 5 business days before we can call to bother them where they’ll do something about it. Don't fret, we will ALWAYS be proactive in making sure your shopping experience with us is a good one!
