We were established in 2008 around a team of expert PC technicians who wanted to apply their passion for custom PC building and gaming into the business world. We accept the following secure payment methods; Paypal (Recommended)- The most secure method of payment. Take advantage of Paypal's 'payment protection facility' by sending your payment via the Ebay checkout to our paypal account. Credit/Debit Cards - To make a payment with a credit or debit card, please call our sales hotline on 0161-425-8841 with your Ebay username and the relevant item number found on the listing. We aim to dispatch all orders between 24-72 hours of your payment CLEARING in our account. Orders within mainland UK (excluding highlands) will be posted out on a fully insured, DPD Express 24 Hour Delivery Service usually FREE OF CHARGE. Please contact us for rates outside mainland UK and anticipated delivery times. Once your item has been dispatched customers will be sent a confirmation email to the email address registered on Ebay. For tracking numbers, please message our customer service team through the Ebay messaging portal and you should receive a reply within 24 hours. Although 99% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, as with any delivery service, occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your order so please allow at least 3 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us. Please make sure you check your shipping address on your Ebay checkout as we will ONLY ship to this address.

Here at Vibox, we understand all our customers want the peace of mind that in the event of you experiencing a problem with your PC, you’re covered for repair. As a result, all our systems come with a MINIMUM, 1 year standard return to base warranty!!! The 1 year standard warranty covers you for all necessary labour costs, replacement of faulty parts (if required), unlimited technical advise support and a 90 day FREE collection and return service from the date of delivery (only for UK customers). We do offer extended warranties which you can upgrade to by clicking on the relevant link inside the listings.
