My job is usually based in Bath, occasionally it requires me to travel about the UK. If there are any problems please let me know, I am human and have made mistakes in the past, I will do all i can to correct them. I have a 'great' mother-in-law who covers when I am not about. I am a Guide Leader for a local unit, recently setting up a new Senior Section.

Payment policy
I prefer payment by Paypal. But if you are collecting [which is okay with me] then cash is fine.

Delivery information
I tend to post on a Saturday, I have a Monday to Friday Job which gets in the way! I try to keep my postage costs as low as I can, I weigh parcels on my Kitchen Scales. I check the costs once I have sent them. I refund any ridiculous overcharges [haven't been that many, but some items surprise me!], any undercharges are my fault and I absorb the cost [and learn a lesson!] If you need it urgently I will try my hardest to get it sent to you as soon as I can, or by special/recorded delivery. At the moment I have tons of once used jiffy envelopes so I am using those up at the moment, this keeps costs lower for you as I don't need to buy supplies. But they may be repaired or have writing on already [which I scribble out or cover over] and it helps out the environment. It's not my shopping that's netted me all these jiffy bags, my work involves applicants sending me audio portfolios, in April/May I receive over 1500 jiffy bags and would feel guilty putting them in the bin!
