These lovely dungarees were unfortunately lost by the courier before they could be delivered but the seller was really helpful when I got in touch with them. They provided a refund for us and I'm grateful! Friendly, helpful communication. I'd purchase from them again.

Dungarees arrived with one broken and one bent buckle. Seller put a note asking to be emailed if not ok. I emailed and he asked for a photo which I sent. He didn’t reply the next morning I emailed again and got a rude reply that he had a life and I’d emailed out of hours. I replied that he’d asked for more information. He then emailed back and told me to order the buckle from eBay and he would refund me. I told him not to bother. This guy Dean has a bad attitude .

Buyer emailed 3 times after 9pm. The last message I did not respond to as I did not see it. The following morning at 07.30am I received another message DEMANDING I respond. I did stating that I had a life and she should not be so aggressive with out of hours messages, officer hours are 9.00 - 17.00. She was sent a link to a replacement buckle and asked to purchase and told that I would refund this. Buyer refused and we left it at that. Some people very self-centred and difficult to work .
