I am planning to use Parcel2Go for all items weighing over 2Kg as it is cheaper than the Royal Mail. To send at their cheapest rate I have to post a minimum of 5 parcels at one time. This means that I will have to post less frequently but the cost to the buyer will be much less. I will still use Royal Mail Standard Parcels and post next day should any buyer request this service and pay the extra costs. This should save my buyers a significant amount. Parcels below 2Kg are £4.41 so it is cheaper to use Standard Parcels service for these.

Returns are not accepted unless I have made an error in the listing and I must be informed with 24 hours of receipt of goods .Any refunds will be issued after the item has been returned in the same condition it left in . All postage or courier costs both ways are the reponsibility of the buyer UNLESS IT IS MY FAULT then I will of course pay all postage costs.
