I am happy to have received my pattern and booklet. It is printed in a good weight paper and instructions are printed in a booklet. Sonny was very supportive when delays were experienced and she was able to get my order back on track. The delivery company had a very confusing tracking system and no doubt causes the supplier a lot of effort.

You have been a wonderful Customer, very patient and understanding as the courier had a technical fault with the crate in transit causing a delay.The paper we use is 50gsm, thinner than normal 80gsm Copier paper, so I help that gives you an idea of the paper we use, and YES it is quality, we searched worldwide for it, took us months to find it. It can be used over-and-over again! Thank you kindly for your lovely feedback, pleased you are happy with it. Much appreciated. ENJOY!
