Ordered 500mm strip. What arrived was 430mm long. Was only placed in an ordinary envelope so was creased. Reported problem, seller took a long time to respond but did eventually say they would send replacement by 24 hour delivery. Over two days later package arrived - 410mm long! Even shorter than first! Contracted seller more than once but no response after nine days.
