The frameset was disassembled, wrapped in sponge around each fork blade and frame tube and then had wood blocks inserted to support the fork blades and stays. The cardboard packing box was taped thoroughly and then covered with a waterproof layer of plastic. The frameset was exactly as shown in the ad prior to sale and arrived undamaged thanks to the careful packaging. Communication was prompt and solution oriented. The shipping cost and speed (5 days) from the UK to Canada was outstanding.
