I joined eBay in 2002 and have enjoyed it ever since. As a Retail Manager I understand the importance of good service and give eBay the same level of attention I give when working.

Delivery information
All my items are securely packed, however I try to absorb the packing costs (boxes, bubblewrap & travel to post office) rather than inflate the postage. To me there is nothing more annoying than a seemingly well priced item with greedy p&p charges attached.
Return policy
If any item is not as described of course I will accept returns. If I have made an error or sent the wrong parcel I will cover all postage both ways (allthough I've never sent someone the wrong thing yet!)
