History/background
We felt that there was nowhere to buy things that were a bit different, a bit unusual, so we decided to set up shop and fill a gap. We aim to offer things that are made mainly from more traditional materials, and are well-made and individual.

Payment policy
We prefer Paypal, as it's easier for both us and you. However, we will accept personal cheques - payable to Waden Hill Trading Ltd. Please let us know if you want to pay by cheque; we will notify you when we receive your payment, and again when we dispatch your item.

Delivery information
If you pay by Paypal we aim to dispatch your item within two working days. If you pay by cheque, we will need the cheque to clear before we send the item, so this would be about a week.

Return policy
We want you to be absolutely delighted by any item you buy from us, and with the service we provide. We are so confident of our service that if any item you buy is not as described, or is damaged on arrival, we will gladly take the item back and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
