Most items ship UPS or FedEx. If your items is big, your item will ship with a freight carrier that specializes in shipping heavy and bulky items. Shipping Methods Standard Shipping - small items ship with UPS or FedEx. We do not require a signature for deliveries, but the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the carriers discretion. Freight - large and bulky items can ship via truck freight. Delivery is different from standard shipping in 2 ways. Delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you within one week of delivery to arrange a 2-4 hour window. You are responsible for removing the item from the truck. All Wayfair items sold on eBay are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus our shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with free shipping the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
