I run a home-based Accountancy/Bookkeeping service, MASON, The Shared Office, and also sell items on eBay as a secondary income. One day I'll hopefully be known for something I've written....if I ever actually finish this novel, that is!

Owned a trucking business in America, carried out my own accountancy and bookkeeping whilst doing so and now offer the same tasks and other office related duties to other small businesses.

PayPal is the easiest and preferred payment but I will accept cheques/postal orders on the understanding that only after these payments have cleared will the purchased item be dispatched.

I take into account all aspects of the packaging/dispatching of an item including the time taken to walk it to the post office. My items are packaged very well and securely before they are handed in at the post office on their day of mailing. I make note of all dispatched items for tracking purposes in case one ever gets lost.

I do accept returns and will refund the purchase price of an item provided I have been notified within seven days of the auction ending and only on receipt of the said item being returned to me. I do not refund postage costs.
