best chicken bedding you can buy
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using Aubiose bedding for my chickens for years and beyond doubt, the best you can get...why??? - because you can easily manually just take out the soiled stuff and the rest is fine, absorbent, much less stink, easy to handle and not too dusty. Provides a warm and dry inside for the hens...a little goes a long way if yer careful...would recommend :-)

Claire Sweeny - Perfect Fit DVD
Overall quite a watchable, do-able dvd...Claire speaks very little throughout, her trainer does most and is quite good. The exercise routines are punchy,changeable and achievable targeting all areas of the body we want to improve! Each session lasts 10 mins - there are lots to choose from to make your work out last as long/short as YOU want / targeting what'n'where YOU want.
I'm not a Weightwatchers fan...but good nutritional advice is given if you want it. It was the exercises I was interested in and I,ve found this DVD better than I thought and it has much more variety than most.
Trainer...good, (not showy/mouthy like some!)
Variety...very good - lots of different 10 min sessions to choose from
Presentation...non fussy/to the point/no gadgets
Hope this review helps you decide ...I've promised myself todo x4 weekly for a month and cut out the crap, I can only try!!! Good luck to you to x
