NO RETURNS. We describe our items accurately and always provide photos so the item can be viewed clearly by potential buyers. We are happy to answer relivant questions about the item for sale BEFORE you bid, to ensure it's what you really want, but regretfully we cannot accept returns after payment has been made as our time and money has already been invested in the sale and this will not be returned either.
Obviously if WE make a mistake (send something in a different size than stated in the auction, or send the wrong item entirely) then WE will rectify it at our cost ~ and we expect the same from you.
