I use good quality postal services at all times. All items are ALWAYS INSURED. It is prefered that overseas buyers use signed for insured postage. With items of certain value this is not negotiable. NO ins. = NO claim! I charge between £0.50-£1.50 for packing material costs on most items. Larger items may incurr a slightly greater charge. Paintings that require packing via board & wrap are usually charged between £1.00 upto £3.00 for packing materials. Any items that require expensive MDF packing cost more still. I DO NOT try to make a profit on packing costs. Some people have marked me down on the detailed feedback score re. packing charges - clearly they are not giving my packing expenses any consideration. Packing materials are not cheap & it is my aim to make sure that ALL items arrive safely. The detailed feedback is very important to me & I hate to see mine being abused. If you have a problem with my VERY FAIR P&P costs then please email me & I shall review them with you.

Damaged items are usually accepted as returns. Items that are fully mis-described are accepted as returns once been through eBay or Paypal process. You will need to keep all of my original packaging. Damage needs to be reported AS SOON as item received - please check item description first though. If the item can be proved to have arrived at an earlier date your claim will be invalid. You will need to send me photographs of the damage before any insurance/compensation claims can be dealt with. This will help speed up what can be a slow process. I am NOT ABLE to return upon buyer remorse. The buyer is to pay for the return postage & ensure item is well packed & has appropriate insurance to value. Ensure that you can afford or really want the item you are bidding on. Ensure you have read the listing thoroughly. Sorry about the rules but this is my legal responsibility as a business. Medium sized boxes cost me £0.47 each; small boxes £0.27 each; bubblewrap £0.29 per metre; peanuts £0.70 per 100grams; board packing min. of £1.99 per sheet; trip to post office 7 miles @ £0.18 per mile; tape £0.50 per roll; my precious time of upto 12 hours packing on Sundays alone - FREE!!! PLEASE BEAR THESE COSTS IN MIND WHEN LEAVING DETAILED FEEDBACK RE. POSTAGE COSTS. I DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF ON POSTAGE LIKE SOME DO !!

All items are sent insured & signed for due to recent continued attempts by some buyers of fraudulent claims. Overseas buyers - items upto 2kg (subject to parcel size limits) - I can send by land (6-8 weeks) or air (5-10 work days) but both must have International Signed For. I reserve the right to decline a land shipment if I feel the item would be at particular risk of damage during long transit 6-8 weeks. Over 2kg via Parcelforce. UK buyers 1st class Recorded, Special Delivery & Parcelforce 24hr are to be used from May 2008.
