We pack our jewellery with care in padded envelopes. Delicate items will be wrapped in bubble wrap so please unpack with care. Larger packages will be sent in boxes. We try to ship as soon as payment has been received and cleared. If there are any delays we always try to inform you. Our postage costs include any import fees on the item so what you see is what you pay (for UK Customers only). For Multi purchases there is a small additional handling fee on each item. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques (UK Only) to clear. If it has not arrived within that time please let us know and we will give you the tracking number, which can be tracked online at Royal Mails Website. If it still has not arrived after 15 working days please inform us again and we will then file a claim with Royal Mail and make arrangements with you for redelivery. We are not responsible for any late deliveries.
