We happily accept the following payment methods:
1. PayPal. We prefer PayPal. We do not pass on PayPal fees to customers.
2. Cheques or Postal Orders. Sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account or UK postal orders.
3. Cash on collection. We accept cash on collection within 7 days of the auction ending.
4. Banker's drafts. We accept banker's drafts drawn on a UK bank account.
We do not accept any forms of payment other than those above. In particular, we do not accept:
1. Money transfers of any kind.
2. Credit cards. Please use your credit card to fund a PayPal account and pay using that method.
We pack and dispatch 99% of items within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. We often pack and dispatch items same-day. We use professional packing materials and comply with all courier packing guidelines to minimise any chance of damage during shipping.
To fulfil delivery we use a variety of courier services based on your location and the item to be transported. They are all professional services and work to ensure reliability of delivery to you. These include Royal Mail, Royal Mail Airmail, FedEx, City Link, Parcelforce, PalletForce, UPS and others.
Our quoted postage & packing charges are not negotiable, they are based on the weight and nature of the item and include:
1. The cost of using a postal service or courier
2. The cost of the packing materials used for the item.
We are not responsible for any applicable customs charge, taxes and duties.
Combined Shipping is offered on all multiple purchases.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues. We are polite and cooperative and we ask that our customers treat us in the same way. We have a generous returns & refunds policy:
1. 7 day window - Claims for returns & refunds can be made for up to 7 days from receipt.
2.Unwanted goods - Returns accepted if your item is not satisfactory and you no longer want the item for any reason (The item has to be returned in the same condition as sent out and the purchase price will be refunded in full including the initial postage cost - return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.)
3.Damaged goods - A full refund (including postage costs) will be given for damaged goods upon receipt of photographic evidence (Needed to activate postal claim.)

If you would like to collect an item you have purchased from us, please email or phone us to arrange a convenient time.
Here is a list of frequently asked questions about collections:
Q1: Can I collect my item? A: Yes. All items can be collected in person from our Home.
Q2: Is there a charge for collections? A: No.
Q3: Can I pay cash on collection? A: Yes. But we need payment within 7 days so please collect promptly.
Q4: Where do I collect from? A: Unless stated in the listing all collections are from our Home: Bronleigh, Wainfelin Road, Pontypool, Torfaen, NP4 6DF.
Q5: When can I collect? A: Collections are by appointment only during normal office hours (9am-5.30pm Monday-Sunday excluding Bank Holidays). We do need at least 24 hours notice of your arrival to ensure your item is ready for you.
Q6: How long do I have to collect my item? A: 7 days from the auction ending.
