Easy to follow with great results.
This book was first brought out in the 60's and I was 22. Very easy to count your 60 a day carb limit. Aitkins copied this diet book years later - I'm surprised he got away with it. I like the fact you can have a drink and not feel guilty, but two rounds of bread 12 carbs each you've just done in 24 carbs. I know which I'd rather have, but if you want your morning toast don't have potatoes for dinner! Easy.
