As a child I loved beads, I remember drooling over the Janet Coles bead catalogues (I couldn't afford the beads in them but it didn't stop me spending hours fantasising about them - bead porn!!). Then I grew up, became an accountant and got married. After my first child was born I worked part-time for a while but I found it hard and eventually quit my job in Summer 2008 in pursuit of beads, motherhood and that elusive work-life balance we are all seeking. I make and sell my own jewellery designs, and I source all things bright & beady from around the world to sell to fellow bead addicts.

I accept payment from UK bidders by Paypal, personal cheque, bankers draft and postal order. International (non-UK) bidders - Paypal only please. I offer postage discounts for multiple purchases so feel free to delay payment by up to 21 days while you continue shopping with me. I will send you a combined invoice. Please note that the postage discount only applies to items paid for in one transaction on the same combined invoice. I cannot give a postage discount if you pay for each item separately.

Postage within the UK is 95p for the first item (with a few exceptions which are clearly marked in their listings), further items are 10p each when paid for together. Maximum postage within the UK is £1.95 for any number of items when paid for together. Spend £30.00 or more (excluding postage) and postage is free, UK only. Postage to Europe is £2.00 for the first item (with a few exceptions for heavier items which are clearly marked in their listings), further items are 10p each when paid for together. Postage to the rest of the world is £2.60 for the first item, further items are 10p each when paid for together. Items are lovingly and carefully packed before posting to you in new padded postal bags, by first class post. I post within 2 working days of payment clearing (at the weekend or on bank holidays I will post on the next working day). The P&P charge covers the cost of postage, packaging materials, and of driving to the post office.

If you don’t like your purchase send it back to me within 14 days of receipt for a refund. I only ask that you pay the return postage cost (you can send it back by second class post in the original packaging so the cost to you will be minimal). Please email me to let me know you are returning it, and ask for a certificate of postage (free) at the Post Office when you post it. Once I have received it I will refund you the full purchase price plus the post and packaging charged to send it to you. If an item is faulty or wrong I will replace it free of charge, or refund you in full (including any return postage costs), whichever you prefer.
