All our packaging is recyclable. Our crafts bare the unique Whitehorse Primitives tags - one is signed by Mairead and the other gives a brief history on primitive dolls. They are packed into recyclable unbleached cardboard boxs. Delivery is by Royal mail 1st class. Dispatch is between 5-7 days. Tracking numbers can be checked via our website.

Whitehorse Primitives gives you the right to return goods, 1) If your whole order remains in-dispatched, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, including delivery charge from Whitehorse Primitives, immediately. 2) If your order is in or has already been despatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order. All our products undergo strict quality testing, but in the unlikely event of something going wrong, defective merchandise will be replaced with a like item, or alternatively a full refund including delivery charge from Whitehorse Primitives,upon return of the defective merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original box or package with all tags attached and in saleable condition.We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products at our discretion. Our policy is to use recycled materials where possible along with 100% cotton fabrics. Buttons etc are sourced via antique traders to give our crafts a realistic antique appearance.Fillings are hypoallergenic. Our crafts are packed into neat box's that can be in turn recycled by you the customer . Our tags are made from either recycled card or paper and jute that can be recycled. Our crafts are varied and our dolls have a wealth of character. They are a sweet reminder of those old and favorite rag dolls of days gone by!We rely strongly on customer satisfaction and endeavor to bring you the best quality possible from our crafts.
