Hi, my name is Sam Whittington and my trading name is whittingtonsjewellerybox. I'm sorry I have no listings at the moment but I've been working hard on my own jewellery website, which I've just launched. I will be back on Ebay very soon!

I started working for myself in January 2006 and registered my own company (S E Whittington Ltd.) in April 2007. I am based in the Worthing area of West Sussex.

After graduating in 1999 I worked in several large organisations in both Sales and Customer Service roles. I left my last place of employment in 2006 in order to concentrate on the jewellery business. My background in sales & customer service is now invaluable for how I run Whittington's Jewellery Box - I endeavour to give the best possible service by fairly representing the items up for sale, setting competitive prices, and despatching items without delay after receiving payment. My usual territory is home-parties, but in January 2008 I began to trade on Ebay aswell. I am also in the process of setting up a website. I am passionate about jewellery and the items that I sell.

I accept Paypal, postal orders and personal cheques. International buyers: Paypal only please. Cheques: Please make payable to 'S E Whittington Ltd'. Goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared in my bank (please allow 7-10 days). Postal Orders: Please make payable to Samantha Whittington. Postal Orders will be cashed within 24 hours of receipt and the goods will be despatched immediately afterwards.

Typically the P&P costs are as follows: Royal Mail 1st Class £2.00, Airmail £2.30, Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £5.20, Airsure £6.49, (however, this may vary dependant on size/weight of parcel and packaging material required - see individual listings). If you require shipping insurance please make sure you select Royal Mail Special Delivery or Airsure. All items are delivered in a beautiful organza gift bag.

I hope you will be happy with the quality item you have purchased, however, if you wish to return an item please contact me detailing the reason why. Returns will only be accepted by prior agreement. Items may only be returned if they are unworn and in the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene earrings may only be returned if faulty. Unwanted items will have the Ebay fees deducted from the refund and the original postage & packaging cost will not be refunded. Return P&P costs on unwanted items are at the buyer's expense.
