Payments due within 7 days. Paypal payments only accepted from confirmed UK addresses (Failure to follow this policy may result in a delay to your order being despatched whilst we wait for your alternative payment method after refunding the original payment if from an unconfirmed paypal address. Combined shipping offered for purchases made within a 3 day period and paid for at the same time. Non paying bidders, item relisted after 10 days and unpaid item policy followed which may result in an Ebay unpaid item strike being issued.

We post 3 times per week so you should wait no more than 48 hours (exc weekends and bank holidays) for despatch of your items. . Please allow 3 to 5 working days after you have been notified despatch for UK delivery (Mon-Fri) and 14 to 28 days for international deliveries (these are guideline times only and subject to Royal Mail meeting their service standards as advised on the Royal Mail website. Courier deliveries when offered will normally be within 2 to 3 days of despatch maximum (excl. remote and off-shore islands) Monday to Friday.

14 days for brand new items excluding CD,DVD,PC & Video Games (unless sealed) as long as unused and returned in original packaging. Used and pre-owned items only returnable at our personal discretion and contact must be made within 24hrs of receipt to advise of return. Some brand new items can be returned directly to a manufacturer for replacement/refund-please check included warranties for details (if applicable) It is recommended a tracked shipping service is used for return as you are responsible for the goods until received back by ourselves. Your statutory rights are not affected but pleased always contact us in the 1st instance so we can advise the correct procedure.
