We have been on ebay as wicked-lingerie since October 2005and have just changes our name to Wickadelic Lingerie, Why? You can't trademark normal words. We have have grown, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly, and now have a large range of superb lingerie and a solid feedback rating. We are based in Plymouth in sunny Devon in the UK. We are a small team who are part of a bigger mail order / internet company, but we have come to live and breath all things ebay and intend to maintain Wicked-Lingerie's reputation as a good, honest and reliable seller as we maintain our growth in the years ahead.

Payment is via our secure checkout which allows us to process your order quickly and efficiently. Normally despatched same or next working day as payment clears. UK items standard is 2nd Class mail (2-4 working days). Europe & USA / Canada is via airmail so please allow 7 to 10 working days. Next Day Delivery - Order and payment must be completed by 10:30am at the latest on the day prior to required delivery date.

Please contact us before returning an item, via ebay message or Phone 01752 898192 (Office hours). If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we refund in full with delivery costs. If you are wish to return your purchase up to 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the purchase price of the item only. These items must have been tried on over underclothes and be in resaleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return. Obviously used items will NOT be refunded and any threats or coercion will be strongly resisted.
