Delivery information
We always combine shipping when possible. Please await an invoice which should come to your inbox within two business days. We ship cards in a sleeve and top-loader in bubble and mailer envelope, or sets wrapped in plastic and then placed in a cardboard shipping box. Larger items are always packaged with care as well. We offer different rates for shipping based on those we are charged. Please inquire for special shipping requests, we are happy to oblige in most cases.
Return policy
All sales are final, with the exceptions below.
Within 3 days of purchase you may contact with any issues relating to the item not significantly as described in the item description. We will pay return shipping costs, upon receiving return items back at our location if they are found to be, 'not as described' per eBay policy. Once the items are verified we will either replace, if possible, or refund the total costs of any damaged items including the original shipping costs that relate to the items themselves. Positive feedback should be left by both parties in these cases as nothing was lost if you have a refund of your entire payment, plus any related shipping costs or the cards you were supposed to receive in the condition specified, plus the return shipping costs for replacement.
In the event of damage during delivery, insurance is required to process a return claim. We are not responsible for damage during delivery and without insurance there will be no refund.

What if a card doesn't arrive when I expect?
Please feel free to contact with any questions you have regarding our policies. If you don’t receive an item when you expect to, usually it is because USPS’s postal worker did not place a note on your door. Often a visit or call to your local post office will reveal that the package is waiting for you. In some cases internationally customs may inspect a package and the delivery times vary, but are always extended in this circumstance. Our ship time for regular items is always within three business days, so if an item is late, please remember to be patient, as the only way to prevent delayed shipping is to add to the shipping cost for express delivery. (this can be expensive, ask for details)
Do you purchase sets of cards from people?
Yes, please email us with any requests for us to review items you have for sale. We will deal with requests on a case by case basis and may not have time to reply in all cases, but we will always look into the request, and we often purchase large lots of cards from people, so feel free to ask. :)
