I mainly sell unwanted gifts and unworn clothes, accessories, gadgets, furniture etc from around the house, friends and my family. My siter and mother are constantly getting rid of designer clothes and accessories to make room for all the new stuff they buy....they give it all to me for listing on here so you've got a good chance of finding real designer bargains!!!

i've been selling bits and bobs for a few years now, off and on, and i think Ive got quite good at getting items out on time and I'm very honest about the condition of the items.

I prefer PAYPAL for ease and speed. If this is absolutely positively impossible then I will also accept postal orders or personal cheques. In the case of a cheque the item will be dispatched when the money has cleared in to my account. This usually thakes no more than 2-4 days depending on what what bank you're with.

I try to dispatch items as quickly as possible after cleared payment has been received. Sometimes, because of work, I find it awkward to get to the post office during the weekdays. However, I try to ensure that all items are sent within 3 days at most. I send items within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Recorded, mainly so that packages arrive quickly and can be tracked. I also ensure that all items are well wrapped and protected during transit.

I try to ensure that all my item descriptions are accurate and mention any flaws, marks, scratches, holes, stains etc. (as well as illustrating with photographs)....I am also willing to provide (if asked) measurements for any item that doesn't already have them listed. With that in mind, I will not offer a refund for the buyer being unhappy with something mentioned in the description or having a problem with the size of the item. Please make sure you check the listing thoroughly and make sure you are happy with condition and size before bidding.
